My designer menu is lost ! :roll: Please help to restore it.

Seriously, which part of the Designer screen is gone? The actual menu text bar, the graphics or something else?

I know I've done that before as well. Can you click (left or right) in the menu bar space to see if you get an option? Worst case you might just reinstall the designer or check and remove the registry entries. I don't have DS on this machine to cross-check, sorry.

It doesnt seem to be restored. Its my vpn pc and have to take back to re-install designer. Any other option ?

It's stored in the registry. If you uninstall the Client and then (via regedit) remove any last vestige of 'Ascential' registry entries, it should come back fine when you then reinstall.

I also seem to recall someone posting the actual registry keys. If you know those, you can simply delete them using regedit and the next time you launch Designer, it will recreated them in their default configuration.

Try Alt-V (the hot key for the View menu).

Although i have been using the following shorcut keys while my Text menu was disappeared. When i started using these keys it suddenly appeared separately at the bottom corner and i placed it back.. :lol:

FILE: Alt F
Edit: Alt E
View: Alt V
Tools: Alt T
Window: Alt W
