Problem while data loading

Hi,
We are trying to load data in different datastage tabels but we are not able to fetch complete data.
Scenario is something like this.
Data file contains comma separated values and each recoed is having different number of data. Say 1st line is having 10 comma separated values, 2nd line is having 12 comma separated values, 3rd line is having 8 comma separated values and so on.
If we are trying to view data by fetching it from file we are unable to do so. If any one is having idea on this please let me know.

so in sequential file stage for missing column goto "Incomplete column" and specify "Replace" or put some special charcter to difereniate and you can see data
