Datastage problem

Hi All,
When iam running the jobs.
Some times i got the messages like this:

ERROR calling subroutine problem DS.ADMIN (Action=38)
,, DS.ADMIN (Action=5)
,, DS.ADMIN (Action=7)
,, DS.ADMIN (Action=8)
connection is broken (810002)
check datastage is setup correctly in project

Please give me reply what is this problem 'is it installation problem any other...'

Tell us what you are trying to do when these problems occur. Also, please post the exact error message - copy/paste rather than transcribe - we don't need the message filtered through your limited understanding of what may be happening.

Are all your subroutines are created on your system or ARE U using the sub routines created or imported by some one else and please spcify the excact scienario when ur getting this problem. if you r getting the problem when you these routines then these routines are not imported properly by the admin or by u . If thats no the problem then then defenetly the problem is with the installation.

but we are not using any subroutines,
when iam restart the system there is no problem in that it will run normally.

sometimes it will comes like that.

Without the EXACT error messages we are unable to assist further.

The fact that restarting the services clears the problem is interesting, but is not enough in itself to help to solve whatever the problem is.

Help us to help you.

It is not good practice to have to restart production servers!
