Change Apply

This is Murali from India. I am having an issue in change apply stage.
Using change apply stage, i was able to update the existing data by a new data. So, it is a SCD(Type - 1). But i want to maintain the previous historical
data. (i.e) i want to perform SCD(Type - 2 & Type - 3). How i can make it?
Please resolve the issue.

hi friend, you can maintain the historical data by creating an additional date column, and maintain those records in a database( eg: SQL) and you can retreive those data with the help of appropriate SQL commands...

If you upgrade to version 8 you get a SCD stage that looks after all that for you.
