Warning faced when parallel job connects to Oracle 9i

Hi,

i am getting the below warning message while running the Parallel job. The job is loading data to Oracle 9i database. There are other jobs also which are connecting to SQL Server 2005 and in those jobs below warning is not coming.

main_program: Invalid character(s) ([xBD]) found converting string (code point(s): TRANS_CREATOR[x00][xBD][x09]X[x12][xBD][x09][xD8][x13][xBD][x09]X[x15]) from codepage UTF-8 to Unicode, substituting.

i am getting many warnings similar to above but the job is running fine and loading all records.

Can anybody tell me exact reason for such warnings.
