Problem in accessing DB2 database through DB2enterprisestage

Hi,

Previously our datastage server was accessing another db2 server.
Now it will access a separete db2 database.
We have user ,necessary privilleges .
We are also able to connect to the new db server from our datastage server from OS level.
But when we are trying to access the db2 server from DB2 enterprise stage we are getting the error 'db2 directory is not found in the file system'.

Am i missing any step ?

Am I right to said that you've never use the DB2 Enterprise Stage to access DB2 before as from the info provided you only talk about accessing DB2 using DataStage Server?

There is a long list of steps to configure before DB2 Enterprise Stage can be use. Refer to Pg 6-14 of Install and Upgrade Guide provided by DS 7.5.x.
