Broken pipe?

I'm trying to insert records into the Teradata database using TPUMP stage.
I'm getting the following error:

Could not write row to data file in stage
Error writing to pipe: Broken pipe

How to rectify it?

The error could be due to a number of reasons like wrong meta data, permission, space etc. Do an exact search on "Broken pipe". See if one of those posts help.
