I've the following error:

LKP_ASSET,10: Virtual dataset; output of "LKP_ASSET"; input to "APT_TransformOperatorImplJob_T_Duplicate_Pilota_S_ASSET_D in T_Duplicate_Pilota_S_ASSET_D": Record too big to fit in a block; length requested: 68120

What can I do?

Start by searching the forum for 'Record too big to fit in a block', others have posted the same question in the past - see if anything there helps.
