index problem in oracle

i am loading the data in to oracle using oracle stage.
i am uisng the properties disable constraints and index rebuild.
but i am getting the following warning.

Tgt_Bada_Consistency_Res: When checking operator: There are no indexes on table 'BADA_OWNER.BADA_CONSISTENCY_RES' and an index option was included. The index option will be ignored.

even though the index was dropped and recreated.

can anybody tell me why this is happening.
