Cleanup resources - Protected vs Non-protected environment

In ISv8.0 dataStaqe protected project environment -
1. Can a user cleanup resources on some Job that froze created by himself?
2. Can a user cleanup another users job?

In unprotected project environment-
Can a user do the same as above?

Just need to check the option in Administrator as enable Director to clean resources. That will not grey out the option in Director.
