Welcome! First thing you should always do is Search the forums for your error message, odds are you are not the first to encounter it.

An Exact Match search on "Error setting up internal communications" returned several hits for me, please see if any of them help.

Nemo,
Check the permission on "Project-RT_SC2-Test1".

Anymore suggestions...?

Hi Chulett/lstsaur,

I had exhausted most of the solutions given thru 'Search' which led me to posting this query. Access permissions to the folders was one of the foremost things I attempted before posting.

I even tried conn to the project by specifying my IP instead of localhost...

Re-installing didnt help me either, although it did to someone before in this forum...

Please advise if I may have overlooked anything else...

Is there a subdirectory called "pipe" in your project?

1. clear status file
2. clean up resources
3. go to

Hi Ray,

There is no sub-directory called "pipe". But since you bought this up, I'am intrigued. Can you please advise.

Thanks,

In the pathname \\.\pipe\Project-RT_SC2-Test1
  • \\. is (or should be) your current working directory (your project?)

    pipe is a subdirectory therein

Project-RT_SC2-Test1 is the name of a pipe
