oracle view error

I use oracle enterprise stage to connect remote oracle DB
but when i view data it prompt follow msg:
APT_OraInstanceSet::setup() failed to find an Oracle instance on node node1.
who encounter this error!!!

Is this the first time you are accessing a table on that particular server? Can you sqlplus to the remote db from your datastage server to ensure the TNSNAMES.ORA entry is correct?

I check follow item:
1、the sqlplus work correct
2、not all DB can't connect
3、ds manager can load table define,just view data prompt error msg
