BULID OPS FAILING.

Hi,
I am using an Build Ops in an PX Job my DS Jobs aborts with the following Message can anyone help me on this.
"main_program: Could not locate operator definition, wrapper, or Unix command for "Validate_C009"; please check that all needed libraries are preloaded, and check the PATH for the wrappers"
