Not able to access DS Director

Hi,
I am not able to access Datastage Director.I tried to connect director through designer(tools-> run director) and through datastage director client. I am getting the following error message:

Failed to connect to Datastage server:xxxxx.project:xxxx(the directory you are connecting to either is not a UV account or doesnot exist(39125))

Can any one faced this problem before? Please reply..

But you can access with new Manager/Designer connections?

Can you access project properties with Administrator?

Thanks Ray,
Any how the issue resolved...Actually some files in that project got compressed.after uncompressing those files, we are able to access DS director for that project..
