Input dataset does not have field

Hi all , well i know this was discussed before but that guy who posted it for the first time just said at one point its working now and dint bother giving the solution..

i am having the same problem when i work with dataset.. i am just testing the compress stage

Dataset---->> Compress stage---->>> dataset

it says the Input dataset does not have field column name.

i am able to view the who data in the sourse Dataset... i have checked the input schema by loading it in DS management and it seens to be fine.. i dont know why i am getting this error now?.

any help would be appreciated .
