Cleanup resources problem

When I open Cleanup resources in Director in one of our DataStage installations and then click on Show All in upper Processes window, no processes show up.
It is an old installation where this feature definitely worked before.
The only place I know is related to it is in Administrator, Project properties, General, Enable job administration in Director check box and it is checked.
In fact it checked on all the projects on this installation, and no project shows processes.
On our other installations it works.
Any ideas?
Thanks.

Do you log in with administrator privileges?

Yes, Ray. I logged both as dsadm and as myself with the same result.

This is stating the bleeding obvious, but are there any processes? That is, are there any connected clients?

Sure there is, Ray. Plenty. Me is the one of them.

Can you try it from a different client machine, to isolate the possibility that it's the dsadmin executable (or one of its related dlls) on your machine?

You can check after restarting the services of ds server

I will when I get a chance.
Unfortunately this server is in heavy use all day long and we do not have a luxury of stopping it at will. Especially for the problem that is inconvenient for dsadmins only.
For now we decided to file a ticket with IBM.
