I am getting these warning.How can i resolve this warning?

Sequential_1: When checking operator: When validating export schema: At field "MBR_CODE": Exporting nullable field without null handling properties
TARGET_TABLE: When checking operator: When validating export schema: Unrecognized top level format property: nocheck

I think you have marked this column schema as not null where as during execution, it is getting null values.
