Unable to connect to local Database

Hi,
We have Datastage V 7.5.2 installed on Windows. We are able to run job with file stage. We have created a local Teradata data base, We are able to login to this database. But we are not able to connect to this DB through Teradata API stage. The error which we are getting is "Unable to connect to Teradata Data Source, CLI2:ICULOADERROR(510): Error loading ICU Library". Please help.

There is a Teradata package called "Shared ICU Libraries for Teradata" that is a dependency of Teradata's Call Level Interface. This needs to be installed on your DataStage server. Also, check to make sure that "Teradata GSS Client" is installed. You can find more information about dependencies of Teradata CLI at:
