Warning with PWD environment!

Post by dspxlearn »

Hi,

Can any please give me the reason why i am getting the below warning in my PX job?

main_program: Warning: the value of the PWD environment variable (/etld/etl/ascential/Ascential/DataStage/DSEngine) does not appear to be a synonym for the current working directory (/etld/etl/ascential/Ascential/DataStage/Projects/MARINA). The current working directory will be used, but if your ORCHESTRATE job does not start up correctly, you should set your PWD environment variable to a value that will work on all nodes of your system.

Even i had this warning in my director, all my records are procesing well to the target.
Thanks and Regards!!

Create a environmental variable PWD and add the path which points to your project directory. "/etld/etl/ascential/Ascential/DataStage/Projects/MARINA".
Or you can alternatively specify '.', which is the CWD.
Impossible doesn't mean 'it is not possible' actually means... 'NOBODY HAS DONE IT SO FAR'
