what is unshared dataset,does this work parallely or sequentially when it is looked up.

Never heard of that term. Do you mean a lookup file set?

Sorry its dataset in an unshared folder which is looked up using lookup operation.

Ok. It can work in both sequential and parallel operation.

All Data Sets preserve the partitioning with which they were written, and must be read with the same degree of parallelism on the same nodes.
