Parrallel extender on windows 2000

Hi guys !

I heard a version of datastage PX exist on windows server. Could you please tell me how can I get this version, because I think we can't buy this version. Someone say me that is an unofficial soft , is it true ?

I need this version just for open px job and redevelop them in datastage server version.

I am not sure about the version u r talking about.. but u can run px jobs in windows enviornmrnt if .net framework is installed in your system.

7.5.x2 runs on windows 2003 server.

Version 7.5x2 may or may not run on Windows 2000. It is not supported on that platform and is not guaranteed to run there. It is supported only on Windows 2003. Some people have got it running on Windows XP, but again this is not a supported platform for DataStage server; only for DataStage client.

You can now get DataStage version 8 for Windows, though like version 7.5.x2, it is only certified for Windows 2003 and you would probably hit installation problems on earlier versions.
