Error while connection to Oracle Enterprise stage

Hi

I am getting the following error while connecting to Oracle Enterprise stage.
I am able to connect the same using ODBC stage.
Your help is appreciated

I believe you have special characters in your parameters or maybe even password. Do an exact search on "Incorrect dboption list" and you will find that this has been discussed here before.

I am using $ in my password.dou think that might be the problem.
Please help me in resolving this.

That is definately the problem. The error message tells you that

Read this post. I think its a bug and there is an ECASE out there for the same.
