Hi,
I am experience some problem while designing a Sequence job in Parallel job. What's happening while designing a Sequencer the designer window is automatically closing with out giving me an appurtunity to even save the Sequence Job that I had designed. Can you explain to me why it is happening like this? Is this because I have too many jobs in that Folder or Directory?. Please throw some light on this issue and share you ideas of how to avoid this.

'Closing' is also known as 'Crashing'. 
You are getting a CTD or a Crash To Desktop.
This is a known issue for which a patch exists. I don't recall the Ecase # off the top of my head, but you can download it from the IBM eServices website as long as you have a logon there:
