Accessing Quality Stage on Server A from ETL jobs on server

Hi All,
DataStage 7.5 allows publishing a DS or QS component as a web-service, which can be used by anybody. We need to implement this and also invoke the QS jobs present on server A through the ETL jobs on server B through a web-service.
If any body knows how this can be done on 7.0.1.12 then please let me know.Any input in this regard will be highly appreciated.
