-- How to covert the date format from dd/mm/yyyy to dd-mm-yyyy
in which stage this can be done???

Welcome aboard. First suggestion would be to try searching the forum here as most problems have been solved several times here already.

Searching for 'date conversion' as you used for your subject turned up a number of posts that would help you out, including for example this one. Or specifically search for usage examples of the StringToDate and DateToString functions.
