Unable to clear locks

Hi,

I am getting this error while trying to access my job.

ERROR: Cannot find any process numbers for stages in job XXX_Jobname_XXXXXX

I had tried to CleanUp using CleanUp Resources, but it not releasing the locks, so then i had tried DS.TOOLS with option 7. But is not allowing me to clean up saying that you don't have enough privilages to Clear the clocks.

So my question would be is there any way else for clearing the locks other than the above two options.
