Hi all (after a long time),
There is a change capture looking out for new inserts comming from the main stream (i have a snapshot for comparing these). Data from both the streams are sorted.
The Warning: "Error when checking operator: Defaulting (FIELDNAME) in transfer from "beforeRec" to "outputRec"

Use transfer from "beforeRec" to "outputRec" this as a search keyword. You may find lot of post related to this issue.
