Read Xml File

I have xml file and i want to pass this xml file to another format through output xml stage,
how can i read data from xml file(Source file) so i can make new format through output Xml stage.

can anyone help me for same

You really need an XML Input stage. XML Input stage reads XML and produces rows and columns; XML Output stage reads rows and columns and produces XML.
