Writing correct English in this forum when asking questions!

To those who respond to questions here. Let's try to make everyone write correct English. How hard it is to use a word processor? I use this site to learn. However, some of the questions posted are barely comprehensible.

EVERYONE, PLEASE USE A WORD PROCESSOR AND WRITE CORRECT ENGLISH. AT LEAST, USE THE SPELL CHECKER FEATURE.

Spell check doesn't pick up misplaced apostrophes, or those who use the term "sequencer" when they mean "job sequence", or those who use the term "hash file" instead of "hashed file". Grrr!

"I know what you're thinking, punk," hissed Wordy Harry to his new editor, "you're thinking, 'Did he use six superfluous adjectives or only five?' -- and to tell the truth, I forgot myself in all this excitement; but being as this is English, the most powerful language in the world, whose subtle nuances will blow your head clean off, you've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel loquacious?' -- well do you, punk?
The annual Bulwer-Lytton Awardshave been announced. That was the runner-up.

Wordy Harry.
It was within the great stony nostril of a statue of Landrick the Elfin Vicelord that Frodo's great uncle, Jasper Baggins, happened to stumble upon the enchanted Bag of Holding, not to be confused with the Hag of Bolding, who was quite fond of leeks, most especially in a savory Hobbit knuckle stew.
Fantasy Winner.

No it isn't.

It seems a word processor is also unable to detect words appearing in the order wrong.

NEITHER CAN IT TELL WHEN THE CAPS LOCK IS ON. :)

And the keepers of the DSXchange forum want me to pay money to see all of the following post -
Quote: "I know what you're thinking, punk," hissed Wordy Harry to his new editor, "you're thinking, 'Did he use six superfluous adjectives or only five?' -- and to tell the truth, I forgot myself ...
I simply do not think so!

I do not consider this to be premium content simply because a "charter member" posted it!

Dennis;

You should give charter members the option of identifying what type of post they are making with radio buttons
  • Garbage (non etl related)
    Garbage (etl related)
    valuable etl related material
Just a thought!
