DataStage 7.5x2 "Certified" on Windows 2003?

I have seen many references to the fact that Datastage can run parallel jobs on Windows Server 2003. However, is there anything that states that the Windows platform is "certified" for use with Datastage (or vice versa)? I can find references to Windows Server 2003 in the installation guide, but does that mean it's been certified and is fully supported??

I remember when I was having problems to run 7.5x2 EE on the Windows XP SP1, but I was told by Ascential support that DS 7.5x2 EE is certified and supported on Windows 2003 platform only.

I do not think any DataStage server is certified on Windows XP no matter the service pack level. The clients will run fine on XP if you apply the DS patch.

That refers to the possibility of parellel thread (processing) where unix machine easily beats on it.

Kim,
I am absolutley agree with you.
What I was trying to tell whenry6000 is that if you install 7.5x2 EE on any other Windows platforms than Windows 2003 server, you will not get any support from Ascential.

I have been running PX on Windows 2003. I am not happy with it though. I have run into many issues which I think will go away when we switch to our Linux servers. I will not go into detail here because I have posted some of the issues here.
