Haha I agree that it is a very easy solution. And much of it may be hidden, but the most important text is!

Make sure RCP is enabled in Administrator, project properties, general tab, check "Enable Runtime Column Propagation for new links" and in your job design, job properties, general tab, check the same setting. If those two are set then the reject link columns tab should allow you to check the RCP option at the bottom.
