can you try compiling the datastage job from command line using "dscc" command? May be this will take less time..... Just check it...

I have used this command also dscc in command prompt, this also takes the same time.

Make a test copy of the job and remove the 3 transform stages. Does it still take 4 hours to compile?

Job compilation takes about 4 hrs
