Hello all,
Issue was resolved with Patch what IBM has shared with us earlier, sorry for the delayed response.

IBM suggests us to use the Name of the XSD file mentioned in the XML data file itself.
After having done that, we just enabled the check in box "Validate" & other usual log rejects settings and all. If finally got resolved.

So In our case DS V8.1 needed a patch & we got that,Issue Resolved.
