Scheduling through Datastage

It may be that the forced closure of the hashed file (by UVFIXFILE) has re-synchronized the hashed file header and the in-memory copy - the item that was causing the "load imbalance" to be detected. But I still can't see how this (UVFIXFILE in trace mode) would interfere with successful storage of the JOBPARAMINSTS record in the hashed file.

After executing UVFIXFILE i tried again scheduling the job but then it was not working. Than I closed all the instances of datastage and reopened and tried. Hopefully it worked then. I guess refreshing of the Datastage director was required after command execution which i didnt do earlier.
