one alternative solution which i got from IBM support:
Enable following grid env variables to true
$APT_IMPORT_PATTERN_USES_FILESET & $APT_IMPORT_PATTERN_USES_FILESET_MOUNTED

it works. There is no need to set $APT_GRID_HEAD_PATITIONS=2 with this approach.

These two, $APT_IMPORT_PATTERN_USES_FILESET & $APT_IMPORT_PATTERN_USES_FILESET_MOUNTED are not environmental variables for Grid. Also, where I can find the $APT_IMPORT_PATTERN_USES_FILESET_MOUNTED variable?

you need to add '$APT_IMPORT_PATTERN_USES_FILESET_MOUNTED' as user defined variables.
