How to capture reject records in ETL process?

Column Import stage will do the work in same job. Still it should again comply to the given metadata. Those records which are reject due to wrong metadata wouldn't be possbile to capurte. But yeah, it can be simply changed to varchar and later a Transformer can be added and the data can be manipulated before written into a file.
