Hi Ray,

As per your advice i ran the sequencer after setting the variable APT_PM_SHOW_PIDS, even after setting this variable to true the log for the jobs remains the same.This time 2 jobs got aborted and the log for the jobs is as below:

First Job:

Occurred: 3:50:41 PM On date: 12/8/2006 Type: Control
Event: Starting Job Sybase_FINLIAB_Load_Job. (...)

Occurred: 3:50:43 PM On date: 12/8/2006 Type: Warning
Event: Job control process (pid 823684) has failed

Occurred: 3:50:43 PM On date: 12/8/2006 Type: Control
Event: Job Sybase_FINLIAB_Load_Job. aborted

End of report.


Second Job:

Occurred: 3:50:42 PM On date: 12/8/2006 Type: Control
Event: Starting Job Sybase_CDA5PCT_Load_Job. (...)

Occurred: 3:50:43 PM On date: 12/8/2006 Type: Warning
Event: Job control process (pid 1090040) has failed

Occurred: 3:50:43 PM On date: 12/8/2006 Type: Control
Event: Job Sybase_CDA5PCT_Load_Job. aborted

End of report.


I also tried with running the jobs after setting the variable $APT_DUMP_SCORE to True at the project level.BUt agian the ame result.

Please provide some inputs on the same.

I forgot to mention that,while running the job i was having the following entry in my config file:

}

I also have the same problem but i think that it may be the CPU which is causing all the problem. If the CPU speed of the server is slow than we will be getting this error.

That was just an idea. Correct me if iam wrong.

Hello, I am also getting same error for any job in random.

Any further suggestions or solutions?
