Yep, I agree as I said before after doing all renaming and dropping stuff; if you are still getting the error(warn) message only possible reason for that is RCP enabled.

problem solved i redesign the joband inserted transformer stage between source and sort stage and renamed the columns in the transformer stage . But still i dont know what was the reason ......
