Teradata with Datastage job connection issue

Hi

We have some strange issue. One of the job source as Teradata EE stage and target as Dataset. Last 4 days this job facing some new issue.

TERADATA dba is saying SQL Select stmt is running fine and network team said there is no issue.

Support team is saying the jobs is completed but it is not showing completed in Datastage director after DBA killed completed session from DB side . It is showing as completed. Is there any communication is missing between Data stage with Teradata?

I asked to add COPY stage between Source TD stage and Target Dataset stage.

Please give me some lights.
