selecting one record out of 2 records

Hi,

Use the substring function to check whether the string exist in the column.

I don't know about anyone else but I for one would like to see this question put to bed, something that never was addressed. I don't see how anyone can expect a precise solution for a problem that can't be articulated... precisely. :?
