Datastage 9.1 to read XSD 1.1

We have been given a valid XSD which is version 1.1. When I try to import in Datastage Schema Library Manager 9.1, it results in error saying

The {max occurs} of an element in an 'all' model group must be 0 or 1. The value '-1' for element 'customer' is invalid.

We know this is limitation, where we are reading XSD 1.0 but not for XSD 1.1. Any idea, if datastage 9.1 or further versions are able to read XSD 1.1. if yes, if some can help with settings / patch installtion / etc for same.
