Sybase Enterprises Stage error

Sybase Enterprises Stage error

Hi ,

I have a simple job

Sybase Enterprises stage to Oracle conn

DS Version:8.7
OS:Linux 2.6.32-431.5.1.el6.x86_64
Parallel job default NLS map ASCL_ISO8859-1, default locale OFF

When i run the job, Getting the below error

Parallel job reports failure (code 139)

Followed by info
main_program: SCW_INFO: Initiating SCW
SRVER Error: Character set conversion is not available between client character set 'utf8' and server character set 'iso_1'.
SRVER Error: No conversions will be done.
SRVER Error: Changed database context to 'master'.
SCW_INFO:Connection Established
SRVER Error: Changed database context to 'circuit_db'.

And When i try view data through Sybase stage, i am getting same error

You can change the NLS_MAP in the Stage Tab of the Sybase Enterprise Stage.

I believe you need to talk to the DBA to know what's the iso_1 means?
