xml stage JVM issue

Hi,

I am reading a xml file using xml stage and getting below waring and error

I kept the heap size as 512MB but still getting the error as Input file is also big

-rwxrwxrwx 1 lcha mdsmds 249186366 Feb 25 13:05 RARCD.D20150223T200339.P.xml

Please suggest what needs to be done in this case.

Do i need to increase Heap to 1024 or some other option I need to apply.
