XML Assembly Editor Time Out CDIUI4615E

I am using DS 8.5 and recent times when ever I open the XML Stage Assembly editor it shuts down with the following info:

" CDIUI4615E The session with server '{0}' has expired. Please restart the {1} application. Server status code is 408.


Existing jobs already using this stage runs fine. Any help appreciated

I haven't seen such a thing...but I would want to try it (opening the jobs and the assembly) on other workstations, to be certain it isn't a flash thing.

Never mind, issue is resolved .

Work around is add a line of datastage server Host entry in Client machine Host file

<IP ADDRESS> <DS HOSTNAME>

It is a requirement for Information Server that every computer on which any Information Server software is installed has to be able to resolve its host name to an IP address.
