Problem with Data stage parallel transformer

I have installed datstage 8.0.1 in my laptop thru VM Ware in windows server 2003,when i ran a ds job that has transformer stage,its in running mode for a long time,am unable to stop it..


it got struck in below step in the log.
Parallel job default NLS map ASCL_MS1252, default locale OFF

Quick help would be highly appreciated.

why do you think its the transformer that's causing your job to stall, as you are running in vmware, from where are you pulling the source data from?
