'Start Connector Import Wizard...' - Table import issue

I have been told to use 'Start Connector Import Wizard...' to import metadata definitions using a saved data connection to enable Metadata Workbench later on for our project. The issue is when I iteratively importing the table definitions all the previous ones displays red mark (some king of error right on top of the shared metadata icon). Not sure if this is a bug or I am doing something wrong. During the import wizard, I have used the oracle 11 connector and selected the check box for tables only, then checked the primary key check box and also unticked the default unicode check box. Any help greatly appreciated.
