Bad Cookie

I got the below warning message.

main_program: Ignoring message with bad cookie; expected 1349978497.578000.c8d0, received 1349978493.428000.d6d8

My job reads a sequential file and directly loads into MS SQl server database.

This process goes every day will lot of files, from last 2 years, i never see this message.
What could be the real issue? What might caused this warning message?

I re-ran the job and it went fine. No issues.
