ORA-01406: fetched column value was truncated.

Hi,
Iam using oracle connectoe stage in my job,when try to read the data iam geting the below error. And even iam try load the data also iam geting same error .
pls can anybody help me to solve the problem .


The OCI function OCIStmtFetch returned status -1. Error code: 1,406, Error message: ORA-01406: fetched column value was truncated. (CC_OraConnection::logOracleNlsSessionParameters, file CC_OraConnection.cpp, line 3,579)
