difference between datastage8.1 and 8.5

Hi there,
Can any one list out major differences between Datastage 8.1 and 8.5 parallel edition for me.
Actually we are planning to migrate from 8.1 to 8.5 , so I wanna know are there any challenges in that or any specific things which need to be taken care off while migration.

Quick responce would be much appreciated.
