Null seed and percent null option in Row generator

Can anyone explain me about Null seed and percent null options in Row generator with an example.

Null seed "Sets the seed for the random number generator used to decide whether a given field will be null."

Percent null "The percentage of generated fields that are set to null (the field must be nullable)."
